Self-registration for new prospective students

Information

The current application period for international applicants for international Master's degree programs for the winter semester 2025/26 is valid from 01.03.2025 till 15.06.2025.
In addition, applications are currently still possible for the free study places & lottery procedure for the summer semester 2025. You can find an overview of the free study places here.
Please note that in some cases an aptitude test and/or registration on hochschulstart.de or uni-assist.de is required. Find out more about the application process.

If you do not yet have an account in the FH Dortmund study portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Register using the Register button.
2. Verify your e-mail address using the activation code or the link from your welcome e-mail.
3. Log in with your user ID and your chosen password.

Login for already registered prospective students

If you already have an account in the study portal, you can log in with your user ID. This was sent to you by e-mail. Use the password that you used when you registered.
